Cancellation by Customer — Slab-wise Policy
- More than 24 hours before trip → FREE cancellation — 100% refund.
- 12 to 24 hours before trip → 25% cancellation charge — 75% refund.
- 2 to 12 hours before trip → 50% cancellation charge — 50% refund.
- Less than 2 hours or No-Show → 100% fare charged — No refund.
Cancellation by Meja Road Car Rental
In rare cases where we cannot fulfill your booking:
- You will be notified as early as possible.
- Full refund of advance payment will be processed within 3–5 working days.
- We will try our best to arrange an alternative 7 seater vehicle.
